Healthy Life
I get up early in the morning and go out for a morning walk .I usually go to the river bank .On my way there is a garden .I sit for a while in the garden .I see many birds flying on the trees. There sweet songs amused me too much .I see many people on the bank of the river indulging in different exercises. After two hour I come back home. Breakfast is ready at this time and take my breakfast .As for as diet is concerned I always take a balance diet which is advised me my doctor .So every body should follow these steps for spending a healthy and active life. They must participate in the sports and games .A sound mind is always in a sound body. Keep you healthy and walking is a best exercise for a longer life.
